  Normal. I wouldn't squeeze though. It can cause contractions which could lead to preterm labor.

  Yep, it's happening to me too.  And if they are sore I do massage them a bit because it seems to help.

  the contractions are mild and are similar to braxton hix. you won't go into labor until your body is ready to go into labor.
