Title: Another Q regarding solids
Kate has (finally) begun eating table foods without gagging. As you are well aware, a large majority is landing in her lap/on the floor. So my question is, do you follow up them feeding themselves by feeding them a puree or hand feeding them more table food? Or do you just consider that they are still getting what they need from breastmilk/formula and just figure whatever they manage to ingest is good? She is quickly losing interest in both purees and me feeding her. But she is a skinny minnie, so I'm always worried about her eating enough. Thanks for you input.
Re: Question #47,892 Regarding Solids
Maybe offer snacks if you're not already doing so?

I always have a puree ready to go and will offer that if he eats everything and still seems hungry. He mostly just likes to play with purees and try to feed himself with the spoon, which means most of the puree ends up on the floor. He loves table food and feeding himself, so I will also give him some of whatever I'm eating if he still seems hungry.
On the rare occasion that he eats and I don't feel like he's gotten enough, I will BF afterwards to see if he has a full belly or not.
