A while back you (I'm pretty sure it was you) suggested a book for helping with the parenting of toddlers. I can't for the life of me find where I wrote it down, or the thread it was in.

Oh, I just got back from the library to return it! it's Love and Logic, parenting for early childhood. Love and Logic is really a good program, I used it in my classes. Basically you are just giving them choices, diffusing any power struggles by putting the power in their hands. Doing that therefore lets them save face and have their dignity.
