I'm not even *that* young anymore (34), but I am interviewing for executive jobs that I am qualified for yet I feel like they won't hire me b/c I look too young. Usually this is a good thing for a woman! How can I make myself look older w/o being frumpy? I'm going to buy a new suit and maybe a new bag. I hate to spend $$ on stuff right now, but I haven't had to wear a suit in years and it shows.
Re: Anyone else worry about looking too young in interviews?
I wouldn't even worry about the money - I'd worry more about the cut and the cut of your shirt underneath. I'd also probably wear your hair back and wear makeup that is not bright. I would also focus more on what you say then how you look. I am used to being one of the youngest people in meetings and when interviewing - it's definitely more what you say than how you look.

Just make sure the suit fits you well, i think that is the most important fact! Also keep accessories and shoes classic, wear a good looking watch!
ETA: obviously your skills should speak for themselves, but if impressing them with your prsence does not hurt!
