hey ladies! i have a question about what stuff your babies are using at the 9-12 months of age. i'm a FTM with a 4 month old baby girl and my best friend is expecting her first baby in october. i would like to let her use as much as my stuff as possible to help her out with expenses but i can't afford to give her things that i'm using. so, can you tell me if your babes are still using:
rock n play
bouncy seat
swing
play mat
kick n play
infant carrier (i have the britax b safe)
any insight you have would be greatly appreciated!

We still use the bouncy seats for bottles. I have the tiny love super mat play mat and we bring it outside all the time (my twins are not really even crawling yet). We still use the swing occasionally for naps. The twins are still in the infant seats but those are getting SO hard to carry around. But since they still fall asleep in the car, I am not ready to move to convertible seats yet.
Give her the rock and play, but the rest her baby won't need right away anyway. Although we did use the swing right away...

And with the delivery trifecra of one twin vaginal, one c-section with general anesthesia for twin B, Spencer and Sidney joined us at 35 weeks exactly on June 18.
We stopped using all of those things at about 6 months, except the carrier.
Oh I thought you meant like a baby carrier. We switched to a convertible carseat at 5 months.
Never had: rock'n play, bouncy seat, kick n play.
Have, but No Longer Use: Swing, Play Mat
Still Use: Infant carrier/carseat
We stopped using mat when she could roll over since she got stuck & annoyed in it then. We used the swing til around 7 months when she really kept wanting to sit up and got mad in it.
