Ok, so one of the comments on FFFC made me think: am I the Grandma on the board? I will be 38 on Thursday. How old is everyone? (yes, I know it is rude to ask a lady her age)
32 but will be 33 when baby boy 2 arrives. You are in no way a grandma. My job share partner had her 3rd surprise at 39. She looks in her early 30s and I feel like we have so much in common. I am so glad dh and I waited until 30s to get married and have babies. We've been together since 17! I can't imagine myself having a baby in my 20s. I wasn't ready!
Oh my goodness, you are so not a grandma. I am 41,will be 42 on October 10th, my baby is due on September 18 and I'm the only one in my family who has waited this long, so trust me, I have gotten every name you could think of thrown at me!! Just wait, it gets better in your 40's. Good luck!

lol I'm 38! I only feel old when my Dr uses terms like advanced maternal age and your uterus is old and might not expand as well as it used to haha...geeee thanks!

I'm 33 and I by no way shape or form think you are a grandmother. I am so thankful to know there are moms on this board that are older than me. I felt like I qas behind so many of my friends and rushed to have baby 2 right after our son is born but seeing there are others a little older than me makes me feel less pushed to try for our second.
I felt really old when I saw ladies stressed about turning 30. I feel like I didn't start living until I was 30. I am so glad I waited this long to have our first. For me, I needed the time to make sure I was going to be a great mother. Not saying the younger ones here will be bad mothers. I am simply talking about me and where I am in my life.

I am 29. And no, 38 certainly is not old. To me, as you get older age really doesn't matter in the grand scheme of life.

30, DH just turned 31.
I actually do know someone who became a grandmother at 32 (she had her daughter at 16, and her daughter had a baby at 16). I can't imagine!

I should add that even though I am 25 (26 in September) I am 100% on grandma status regardless of your ages!!
Both my hips have been totally replaced, my knees need replacing, I have had a stroke, and many other hospitalizations. I even own a candy red walker.
