I am going to a pool tomorrow and am wondering if it will be ok to swim? My procedure was last Thursday. My Dr and I didn't even discuss it. He just said 2 days post for tampons and 2 weeks for sex...
Well luckily the DR called me back before closing time - no pool till bleeding has stopped and no tampons either. So that's that I guess, guess I'll be watching from the sidelines.
Unfortunately nothing in the vagina and no immersion in water for two weeks, the cervix stays open for a long time and risk of uterine infection is high.
