Does anyone know what BRU's policy is on things that go on sale after you buy them? Will they give you the difference? Is there a time limit? Are the online prices different from in store? Thanks, I couldn't find the info on their website.
I don't know about getting a price adjustment, but the online prices are sometimes different from the prices in store.
This drives me crazy. I saved 100 dollars on a climber for DS because I bought it online even though I picked it up in the store. And I've bought things in the store only to realize they were 5 to 10 dollars cheaper online.

I called the store and they said they would do a price adjustment if it was within 2 weeks. So I went last night and thank goodness I got someone who understands the system. She had to return the items and buy them back but she gave me another 20 off on top of the adjustment since I had used that coupon the first time even though she said they aren't supposed to do both. Woohoo! That was definitely worth the trip and now I feel better about my less expensive Dutailier glider and ottoman. ;. The part I purchased in store went on a store credit, but still!

They will match their online prices.
