I was just wondering what your kegel routine is. I try to do them every time I pee, which is many times a day but I wonder if I'm doing them enough. Has your OB stressed doing them? Mine hasn't so I'm just kind of winging it and doing as many as I can!
I haven't started doing any. When I start snissing I'll probably regret that.

I have a routine from my physical therapist that I have been doing for a while. A lot of mine is addressing issues caused by scar tissue from DS and DD so I don't know how useful it'd be to somebody else.

I do them as part of my prenatal yoga routine. But for some reason, I find the really uncomfortable to do. It's hard to explain...maybe I'm not doing them right and thats why.
Yes, this too! It feels weird. When I've tried, I sometimes get the shivers.

I do them while sitting at my desk. I try to do at least at least ten every other hour that I hold for at least 10 seconds. I also do them at night when I do yoga/stretching exercises.
My OB doesn't talk to me about them but I did a Bradley class with my first that stressed the importance of them, so I am just going with what my instructor recommended.

Yes they are important! Trust me, I didn't do them enough with my first and was peeing my pants for weeks after he was born. This time I'm doing them twice a day in sets of 20, my chart reminds me. Yes I'm still temping/charting. It helps me remember to take my meds/vitamins etc.
Thanks MnM...I think I do them then because it's when I think about it. I won't anymore! Maybe I'll try to remember to do them when I wake up in the morning and when I get into bed at night.

My body won't cooperate with kegels... I can't seem to isolate the muscle except when I'm peeing and then I end up getting UTIs.... So I don't do em
