Stroller Strides?

Have any of you heard of this?   You exercise WITH your (stroller-age) baby.  There is a franchise in Rockland County.

    My friend in the Bay Area loved it so much she became an instructor. Not sure it is my thing, but I don't see the downside.

    I have been doing Stroller Strides with my son since he was 4 months and he's 19 months now, I Love It! I love socializing with the other moms, and being able to bring my baby with me. Especially in the summer when it's nice outside!

    You should try it, I think the first class is always free, and they always have promotions.
