My husband just assembled this for our boys over Memorial Day. It had mixed reviews on Kmart's website, but we were very happy with it and my 3 year old loves it! He has been down the slide about 200x already and likes climbing the "rock wall". I just sit our little one on the slide about 1/2 way down and help him slide down and he likes it. Much sturdier than those metal ones I remember friends having when I was a kid where one of the legs would come up off the ground when you would swing.
It is on sale for $299, but Kmart is running a promo right now that if you transfer a prescription to them, they will give you a $25 gift card, up to 4 prescriptions with a coupon from their flyer and I have also seen the coupons on tear offs in the grocery section. I am only on two medications, but I transferred them there just for this month to get $50 worth of gift cards, so we only spent $250. Plus if you have their Shop Your Way card and any points saved up on it from purchases there or from Sears, you can cash them in to get $ off (I only had about 80? on my card because I cashed them in a couple weeks ago at Sears).
I don't know if you have a Menard's near you(might be a midwestern thing) but they have an extensive swingset selection from assembled/take home to build your own.
Re: Swingset
Cost co has GREAT swing sets, home depot and Toy R us oh and Walmart.
Out of all the sets, I have heard great reviews from Costco. We will be getting one in September
