Just Liv, not short for anything. Thoughts?
I adore Camille but can't get the hubs on board with it. We want something that is not unisex and not super popular or super out there, I'd love suggestions and inspiration. Other names we are considering are daphne, isla, and sienna.
Big sis is Ava.

I like Liv as NN for Olivia

Liv: Lovely name, pairs nicely with Ava
Camille: Fine name, but not with Ava
Daphne: Lovely name, but not with Ava
Isla: Lovely name, but is it too matchy?
Sienna: NMS
Suggestions... Adeline, Grace, Lucy, Poppy, Scarlett

Not a fan of nicknames as stand alone names - why not just use the nickname and give your child the option of using her full name when she gets older. Best of both worlds IMO.
Go for Olive. Also like Isla.
Agree with the others... LOVE Liv, just not as her full name... I do love Livia, though. And, I also really like Isla.
Daphne is just NMS at all.

Although I prefer it as a NN for Olivia, I don't mind Liv as a full given name. A lot of people will assume her name is Olivia, but if that's not a problem for you, go ahead. I also like Daphne a lot.
I absolutely love this name. It was probably going to be girl2 if we had twin girls. It is Scandinavian and I tend to love those names.
Love it. We were SOOOO close to using Livia but thought everyone would think it was a NN for Olivia even though it's a distinct name w distinct roots. Liv is also a distinct name...northern european...i forget if swedish? from norway? anyway, love it.
