Exercise question

Ive been doing this embarrassingly easy work out routine and now my calves are KILLING me. So if it hurts to even walk, should I just do it today or will I really hate life tomorrow?

Yeah- Its sad how little I know about working out.

  • Don't skip exercising. Do an upper body or core until you recover so you don't strain any muscles. You'll be laid up for longer if you do. I recommend a Pilates floor routine for the next day or two. But if you skip working out altogether you will get tight. Also, I can't ever skip because if I do it turns into multiple days.

    This! Don't skip a workout. Make sure your streching and doing a warm up and col down. Also what previous poster said about just doing something else that is easy or doesn't involve calf muscles as not.
