Anterior placenta ladies, what are you feeling so far?

I've been told I've got an anterior placenta so I'm not feeling a lot of movement yet. I didn't have one for my DD and felt her EVERY move, so this is really strange for me.

Anyone know they have an anterior placenta too? How much movement are you feeling so far?

Mine is still very subtle, just a few little kicks/nudges when I'm sitting quietly.

I had an anterior placenta with DS2 and I didnt feel movement until around 22 weeks, and even then it was just pops and nudges. I felt more around the 27 week mark so it got more fun then.

One of my twins have this and I can feel slight movement but not nearly as violent as the other twin...and can't see it on the outside too much yet.

Between 19 and 20 weeks was when I started to feel movement every day. Some days are still mostly quiet, but I do feel her at some point every day.

However, this girl is very very low, below my hip bones, so every move she makes is right up against my bladder. It's hard to miss that!

I had one with DS and have one this time as well. I don't feel constant movement, but I feel plenty every day. He's getting pretty strong, too, so I'm kind of glad I have an anterior placenta so I have a bit of a buffer!

It has definitely been getting stronger every day, and the last few days she has been a little wiggle worm:) She is really low though, so I am not sure if that makes a difference. I still feel her strongest right on my bladder, and some nights I will feel her in my side...

I also have an anterior placenta, and i'm almost 22 weeks. i started feeling a bit of flutter last Sunday and i feel her more during the night when i'm sitting down. But very very subtle. sort of like little bubble pops in my tummy - hard to describe. I can't feel any kicks yet or anything from the outside. I hope that comes soon!

I joked with DH that we must have a future MMA fighter in there because having an AP hasn't seemed to make much of a difference in me feeling her movement. She kicks all over and man can she kick hard. I'm already feeling her feet in my ribs and she's head down so she's been constantly head butting my cervix. The only place I don't feel movement is right in front of my belly button where my placenta is, everywhere else is fair game for this little lady.

I think mine is slightly to the side and not very low because i feel stuff on my left side and on the low side. Kicks now but rolls.

I am a STM so i also know what i am feeling.

I have one this time and did last time as well so I can't really compare it to not having one, but I'm feeling and seeing plenty of movement.

I also have an anterior placenta I'm a FTM and felt my first definite kick at 20 weeks on the day! The last few weeks she's been more and more active. Now that I'm at 24 weeks today, she's been super active. It used to be I'd only feel her when laying a certain way.. Now it's pretty constant. I feel her when I'm walking or standing too! Pretty wild! :

I've been feeling baby down low - must be feet kicking when he/she is feet down. Maybe my placenta isn't down that far (by my bikini line) and that's why I only feel it there? I don't feel it constantly, mostly when I'm sitting quietly, but I do feel baby daily and have been for about 2 weeks. I started feeling definitive movement every few days at about 15 or 16 weeks.

I have anterior placenta too. Had it with my first also. What I'm feeling is more like thumps and bumps vs. actual kicks and jabs. But baby has finally started making stronger movements so if I stare at my belly long enough I can see little bumps here and there.

I have AP and felt little flutters around week 16 if i leaned forward in a chair (although i wouldn't call them flutters- it really felt like hearbeat thumps). My OB said my placenta wasn't that low so that was for sure LO. I started feeling real kicks in week 19- in.fact i could feel it more from the outside than the inside if that make sense. Now I feel LO at least once an hour from inside/outside and see my belly move a lot. I feel him better on the sides for sure- but if he's really kicking away i can feel in the center really well too. I am 22 weeks for Mobile users. I still can't feel every single movement- only his dramatic ones. I wonder if when he is bigger if I will feel everything or not so much.

Yeah, I don't like having an AP. With DS I could feel everything all of the time, but with this one it's just some occasional movement here and there. Granted, when s/he gets going sometimes I do feel quite a lot. Often it is pretty subtle, though.

I have been able to feel it from the outside with my hand but we haven't caught it for DH to do that yet. I've also seen the movement from the outside, but again, no one else has yet. By this time with my previous pregnancy you could see it from the outside across the room! And DH had felt the baby many, many times by this point.

I found out at my last appointment I have an anterior placenta at 19 weeks I finally starting feeling movement about a week ago I'm 24 weeks today. My doctor told me not to except any movement until 2426 weeks, so I'm sure you'll feel that little baby soon!

I feel everything. He is constantly moving, and has actually been able to kick me so hard that it has hurt. I know he is head down though, so I don't know if that makes a difference. My friend, who is 32 weeks and also has an anterior placenta, has actually accused me of lying about my anterior placenta....I have no idea what the point of doing that would be. She hasn't felt much at all from her daughter, but I feel a lot. Most of the time he kicks and moves so much that you can see my stomach moving.

I'm 25 weeks tomorrow and have an A/P. I feel her on the lower side but occasionally get pressure up higher or feel the very rare jab. My low movement is mainly kicks and taps with occasional feelings of movement across the belly.
