Army Crawling

Around 7 months DS started pushing up onto all fours, rocking, and lunging forward.  We thought for sure he would be crawling shortly after.  Instead around 7.5-8 months he started army crawling everywhere.  He will push himself up onto all fours still and hang out in that position for a while but when he wants to move he plops right back down to his belly and army crawls instead.  If your LO army crawled first how long until they actually crawled?  Did they skip it all together?

IVF#2 and Stims started 12/2 ER 12/16 ET 12/21 transferred two beautiful blastocysts. Please stick LO's! BFP 12/26

    J wormed for two months before he crawled on hands and knees. S army crawled for just a few weeks before crawling on all fours.

    DD went from army crawling at 7.5-8 months to standing/walking by 9.5-10 months.  After she got the hang of walking, she figured out how to really crawl.

    Cole started army crawling at about the same age and was full crawling at 9 months. He was a ridiculously fast army crawler too! I miss it

    B is the same way. I can't get over how quick he can move army crawling.

    D preferred rolling. Once he got the hang of that it was how he got around until he started crawling on all fours a week before 10 months. He was pulling up two weeks later and walking at 12.5 mos. Now he's running.
