What do you call "it"?

Obvi we don't know if we should call the baby him or her yet, but I hate calling it "it" when talking about our little bundle. I tried calling it nugget and bean but hasn't really stuck yet. Any other fun nicknames out there?

Cletus Danger and then our last name. Cletus for the obvious rhyme with fetus. And Danger because somebody (Dh and my sister) decided it would be real funny to get the ball rolling in support of making our kid's middle name be "danger". Because of course, "It would be the awesome-est middle name ever". ::eyerolls::

I call the baby by the girl name we picked out because it annoys my fiance since he wants a boy so bad
