She took a bottle!! We have tried a few times and she would scream bloody murder! She won't take a pacifier and other than a nipple or knuckle, she won't suck on anything. I bought a calma nipple and my DH got her to take 2.5 oz with almost no fight at all!! She nursed after also. I'm so proud of her! We both teared up, lol!
We are both in my brother's wedding at the end of June so I need have her take a bottle from my cousin during the ceremony and I was starting to think it wasn't going to happen!

Unexplained Infertility
After two Clomid cycles, three injectable IUI cycles, two IVFs, two miscarriages, and one lap surgery, IVF #2 has brought us our little boy!

After months of being postponed or cancelled, FET #1.3 (Natural FET) brought us twin girls!
IUI#2 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 5-9) = BFN
IUI#3 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 3-7) = BFP!
beta #1 11/23 = 270, P4 = 75
beta #2 11/28 = 2055
Our daughter E was born 7/29/2012!
Surprise, our 2nd daughter P was born 5/22/14!
I had tears of joy and sadness! Very mixed feelings, but we do need the option of a bottle!

I was thrilled when LO took her first bottle because I knew it meant a small amount of freedom for me! I was however even more thrilled when she then went back to the boob and I knew we avoided nipple confusion :
"I won't give up on us, even if the skies get rough, I'm giving you all my love, I"m still looking up."

M was taking a bottle okay when he was younger, but now he refuses it. I'm hoping that he will drink from a sippy cup... gotta go buy one first!
