1st Trimester

Eating for two..

I know this is the LAST thing you're supposed to do, but I cannot stop eating!! In between bouts of nausea I am ravenous! I am 7 weeks and it's getting worse.. Do i ignore the cravings? Indulge? I know everything in moderation but geez..jeans are tighter ladies! Help!

  • Indulge smartly.  There's a lot of resources of healthy options for things you crave.  I found with my first two pregnancies if I ate what I craved I was able to at least keep some of it down.

  • I agree with PP, try to find healthy versions of what you're craving and indulge smartly. I've really only been craving healthy things, specifically fruit that's really juicy like apples.

  • Im also 7 weeks and in the same boat you are. I feel like all i do is sleep, eat, and work. and i can def feel it in the jeans as well...

  • Protein and fiber.

    Ramp up both and limit your carbs.
