Motion sickness?

My husband likes to play video games. He's not a huge nerd but he plays to unwind.

Well he just got the new bioshock game and twice in a row I've gotten extremely nauseous. While watching him play.

I googled it, and there is seriously such a thing as getting motion sickness from watching some games. WTF? As if I don't feel sick enough! Yuck.

    Definitely. Sometimes I get it from scrolling too fast on the computer.  I am pathetic.

    Welcome to my world all of the time.  I have horrible motion sickness that I inherited from my mother.  I get sick at movies and  watching video games.  But I have noticed it's even worse since being pregnant.  Our big tv in the living room makes me sick when I watch it now.  I'm ok with the small tv in the bedroom but not the big screen.  And I totally get ill from scrolling too fast on the computer as well.

    I've found that my vertigo has got worse, to the point where I get freaked out watching big city scapes on tv. I was watching the UK apprentice the other night and I had to close my eyes when they panned across all the London skyscrapers. Unfortunately I live in London so have to get used to it. Then again I could get vertigo on an escalator before I was pregnant anyway.

    haha that is funny, I think at this point everything will make us sick!

    last night even getting up from the couch I was like "Whoa that was way too fast... wait am I pregnant or an 80 year old woman." right after saying that I threw up. yup Pregnant haha

    I've suffered from motion sickness & vertigo for years, and haven't been able to play or watch video games for years because of it.  Specifically ones like bioshock where you see the game from the player's perspective.  it really sucks!  i also struggle with 3D movies. 

    It's miserable, and hopefully temporary for you!

    Oh no! That is so sad, because the new bioshock is awesome!! haha Hopefully it will pass!
