There are many tricks, from medications, to fenugreek, mother's milk tea, oatmeal, dark beer, increasing nursing/pumping sessions.....but honestly the one thing that never fails to give me a mega instant boost is drinking TONS of water.
All of the above! For me right now, increasing pumping sessions over time has been working. My LC said it should be al least 3 to 4 days before I notice an increase of ay kind.
I eat oatmeal with flax meal and brewers yeast every morning along with blessed thistle and fenugreek capsules 3x daily. I also drink a shiit ton of water (150 to 200 oz daily).
I know it sounds silly and impossible with increasing pump sessions, but rest helps a lot. Try and space the pumps out to where you can have a solid stretch overnight (I'm getting a solid 4 to 5 hr block overnight and a small 1.5 hr nap during the day).
If you're not using a hospital-grade breast pump, consider it. Then use it often. My LC had me pumping or nursing baby every 2 hours for 15 minutes/minimum in the first month.
From your ticker it appears your baby is about five weeks old. If you are concerned that your milk supply is low because baby is eating constantly, have you considered the possibility that s/he's entering the six week growth spurt? If that's the case, the behavior may be totally normal. You may not need to do anything to increase your supply other than let the baby nurse on demand.
Let baby nurse on demand, drink LOTS of water (like at least 100 oz. per day) and do some of the other things people mentioned above. Some people swear by oatmeal, some swear by the mother's milk tea, some swear by Fenugreek or one of the combination capsules with Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle (like Lactation Support from Whole Foods or More Milk Plus).

Good luck!

The other suggestions are great, too.
