Lets change the energy here! I am happy because... working out always makes me feel great and After today I get three days off work! So bring on the new week :
I am happy because I have a husband that puts up with my crankiness and a dog that has a sweet and loving personality and is patient with me when I treat him like a baby!
I am also happy because I am finally getting a positive opk! A little late than normal but at least it's happening!

I'm happy because I only have 2 more hours left of work, and it is supposed to be in the 80s all week! Gotta love green grass, bright/blue skies, and snow capped mountains!
I am happy because the last few months everything seems to be falling into place. My relationship with SO is better than it has ever been, we have these amazing deep conversations, and our sex life is just ridiculously good. My anxiety is under control for the first time in years. My cat is adorable and lets me squish him when I wake up.
Everything outside is turning green, flowers are blooming, all of my seeds are sprouting, and I got 5 free organic heirloom tomato plants.
I had a great time with my mom yesterday, and I am constantly reminded of how lucky I am to have her.
My granny only made one mildly annoying comment about wanting me to have a baby yesterday and when she did, DH shouted out, "No! I won't be used for my body anymore!!! I am a human being, not a sex toy!"

HomeGoods is the sh*t! I love love love going there to get in a creative good mood.
I'm also happy because I'm picking out paint for my new house! Although it is so tough to just choose a freaking color and stick with it. I'm super happy because I will finally be reunited with my dog in June after not seeing her for four months!!! (I'm taking her camping at our pond because I missed her so much. Is that weird? I'm so excited to see her, I don't even care if it's weird! )
EDIT: Added the part about my dog.
Not even a little wierd! I can't stand being away from my fur babies for a week, let alone 4 months. I'm super happy for you!
I'm happy because I'm not getting stuck for any more blood until next Monday. Between the 3 hr Glucose biitch Saturday & the b/w with this morning's u/s, I look like a heroine addict.

Four months?? No that is not at all weird, I would be doing cartwheels round my office if I were you!! Why the long separation?
DH & I decided about a month ago to start TTC once our mortgage is finalized (hoping this month!!). Since then, DH has been on board about it but a little apathetic about it bc we have been stressing about the stupid mortgage (we know we'll be fine about it but this is the first time we'll have a mortgage plus our monthly utilities - perks for living on our farm!). Last night, he wrapped his arms around me and reassured me that no matter what we'll be happy and be great parents then he ASKED me to show him a few of my favorite baby announcements from youtube. He spent 45 minutes watching them with me. He's going to be such an amazing daddy!
- DH is super supportive with the TTC journey. Even going as far as drinking the "fertility shakes" I make for him. Ha.
- I lost 3 lbs since my last MyFitnessPal weigh-in! Woot woot!
- I have amazing family and friends.
Congrats on your weight loss, that's awesome!! Also awesome that your H is being so supportive, definitely makes TTC a little less stressful when you're in it together. My H agreed to take vitamins (I got him the gummy kind that are pretty much like candy) but I'm not sure if he'd go for a fertility shake..
I'm happy because I just fought with the copy machine for a half hour and the copier won.

I'm happy bc hopefully our mortgage will be finalized this month. DH & I decided to start TTC once our mortgage gets finalized but since then DH has been a little apathetic to the idea d/t the stress of the financial situation. (We know we'll be fine with our mortgage payment & monthly bills, its just the first time we'll have either - one of the perks of living on our farm!) Last night he took me in his arms and told me that he knows we'll be fine financially and that no matter what happens we'll be great parents and he's excited about the future for us. He then asked me to show him my favorite baby announcements from youtube and spent over 40 minutes watching them bc he kept wanting to see more. It just made me even more excited to start TTC and made me fall in love with him all over again.
I am happy because it is CD1, and in this case, CD1 means that we finally get to start trying (we've been TTA until now). I think this is the one and only time that CD1 will make me happy!

I convince DH that his fertility shake is custom-made to help with with his Diabetes Type 1 (chia seeds), and to help produce potent sperm, lol (maca and royal jelly, etc). He's a health nut, so he's all for it!
I'm happy because my dogs are the biggest sweethearts. They hate seeing me cry and that always cheers me up! I don't know what I would do without them.
I'm happy that my husband is such a wonderful partner in good times and bad.
I'm happy because I probably don't have to cook dinner tonight!

DH got a new job a few months ago and we had to pick up and move across the state in two weeks! We couldn't buy a house in that time so we've been renting while we're house hunting. Unfortunately, there are no apartments that allow a 70 pound doberman. Well, none that we would want to live it...haha Thankfully my parents have been keeping her for me, so it's been a little easier knowing she's with her "grandparents" lol
I definitely get that, I rest much easier when my pups are with my in-laws if they're not with me. Yayy for the reunion and the new house!!
