Pumpin pals?

Has anyone tried these with pumping? I have not been having any luck with pumping. I have tried three different size flanges and I cannot tell if they fit right or not. I am considering buying the pumpin pals, but was looking for reviews before I spent any more money on pumping. TIA!

    Pumping is tough.  Are you getting help from a lactation consultant?  I don't know what the pumpin pal is.
    The word you're looking for is SEX.  I promise.  No, it's not gender.  It's sex.  You're welcome.

    I'm using them. It isn't any more or less comfortable on terms of my breasts or nipples but I don't have to sit up as straight, which is nice!!
