I'm still a fatass even though I reach spinning 3 times a week.

Does anyone have any music suggestions for me? The people that take my class are all middle aged women.

Their suggestions have been Justin timberlake, Pink, 80's, The Rolling Stones... I need more suggestions! Help

    I recently took a class where it was pop latin music in english - JLO, pitbull, shakira, ricky martin, christina milian, gloria estefan, selena, christina aguilera - it was a lot of fun.

    When I did spinning, we had this one instructor who played a lot of Madonna and Pet Shop Boys. He'd sing along with it, too - it was pretty hilarious.

    Good suggestions! I already do tons of 80's! It's the best dance music, what I tell my class is spinning is a dance party on a bike.
