Piper For the first name. DH picked it the day after the stick turned!

We were convinced it would be a boy and we would name him after my grandpa, Joseph. Turns out we have a little girl on the way! So her middle name went from Lynn to Jo. I want to honor the only father figure in my life and he is very touched by it.

Piper Jo it is! Everyone loves it.

We're leaning towards Zoe for the first name, but can't come up with a middle name. We want something that has some meaning for us, but also don't want to "honor a family member" as we don't feel right picking one family member from one side only

Jasper Thomas. It took a while for us to decide, because DH turned down all of my suggestions for first names. Thomas is a family name from both our sides. Even once I knew we were going with it, DH had a difficult time committing, until I had really bad day and he felt bad for me.

Middle name is 90% Frances after my grandpa. Slight possibility it might be Mae or that I'll use both Mae and Frances, but she'll probably be Greta Frances.

I love the name Magdalena! You don't hear it too often but it's always been a favorite of mine. We're going with Matthew Fitzgerald. Matthew just because we like it and agreed on it and Fitzgerald because it's my old Irish family name.
