Postpartum weight?

6 weeks pp only lost 20 out of 45lbs. I'm not breast feeding, I'm counting calories and eating well. I feel like the 25 I have to lose will never come off. I'm petite so the extra 25 is very noticible.

Any recommendations?

I am 5 weeks PP and have lost 35lbs of the 53 that I have gained.  I only BF the first 3 weeks.  I feel like I have hit a weight loss wall!!  I had a c-section so I am looking forward to my doc appt next week so I can get cleared to start working out.  I am hoping that will help me shed the last 18lbs.

5 week PP and 6lbs less than pre pregnancy weight. Idk how or why! Haven't started working out yet and didn't get to breastfeed due to my milk supply never fully coming in. Wierd, but surprised by the weight loss. Gained 29lbs during my pregnancy.

I'm 8 weeks out and feel the same way, I've hit a wall. But I'm hoping since I got cleared 2 weeks ago that it will start coming off. It's frustrating!

Give yourself more time. I will say the breastfeeding really did help me shed the pounds. I am also 6 weeks pp and I am 10lbs away from my pre-pregnancy weight.

7 weeks pp and I have 10 more to lose to reach per preg weight.... Although I am a whopping 30 lbs over my ideal weight because I put on a bunch of weight before getting pregnant :( I am EBF and the weight came off faster the first the around.

Give yourself time and remember you are not alone! I have to keep reminding myself "9 months on, 9 months off." It's hard because the first 20 came off basically on it's own within 3 weeks. I have 10 left and none of it had budged the last four weeks. I finally got ok'd to exercise today, so I'm hoping that will help, plus getting busy going back to work no time to mindlessly munch. :

I'm 7 wks pp and lost 30lbs the first 2 weeks. I did notice I've stopped losing weight although somehow I dropped a pant size in past 2 weeks. I do a lot of walking with her and just started the squat and crunch challenge. Helps a lot so figured let's give it a shot. It takes time so don't give up :

I gained about 60 and have lost 30...and it was all in the first two weeks. I'm also very petite and started out very small, so it's very noticeable. I've been working out for the past two weeks and watching what I eat...and nothing. VERY frustrating...

I'm in the exact same boat. I gained 45 lbs also and still have 15 to go. I'm 8 weeks pp and was cleared to exercise at 6 weeks. Up until then all I did was say how I couldn't wait til I could exercise. Unfortunately I also went back to work full time at 6 weeks pp. I get up at 5 for work and can't imagine getting up any earlier to work out. When I get home I just want to spend time with my DD and get housework done. I've just been watching what I eat and try to do 10 min of jump rope when I can and some basic stuff while watching tv like crunches, squats..etc.

This is me. I gained 40 pounds and I was back down to my pre prego weight at 3 1/2 weeks pp and now I am 4 pounds under at 7 weeks pp. I also had a c section and wasn't able to exercise so I don't know why it happened either.
I also have formula fed from the start.

My weight loss has stalled, too. I actually joined WW because I have to be able to fit back in my work clothes by the time I go back in a month. To do so, I HAVE to drop another 10 lbs at least. I've started back running, so I'm hoping it comes off! I'm 9 weeks PP and have lost 40 lbs so far.

I don't have any recommendations, but I'm right there with you. Lost 30 of the 55ish by the time I got home from the hospital. Haven't lost a single pound since even though I've been exercising and eating right...

I am of no help on the weight....I gained10 and lost 15 with delivery. But, I think my weight shifted to my belly since my regular jeans are still a bit snug in the waist and I feel like I have an early 2nd tri bump still. Not sure how to remedy that since I think it must be genetic somewhat because most of the females on my moms side of the family have a similar figure, except the ones that never were pg.

I am starting WW on Mon. We are moving into our new house Sat so I figure getting settled and painting I'll be burning a lot! I have lost 35lbs of the 57 I gained but would like to lose an extra 10 if I can keep the momentum going. Good luck mommies :
