Anyone else with PUPPPs?

Hi everyone,

So I was officially diagnosed with a severe  case of PUPPPs last week. My dr told me to take 50mg of Benadryl before bed and to use sarna lotion or hydrocortisone cream.  The thing is she didn't really specify how much if either or if I'm supposed to be using both, etc. So far the sarna is doing wonders!  The Benadryl makes me feel terrible and the hydrocortisone didnt do much, so I've just been sticking to the sarna a few times a day. Well I noticed on the bottle it says not to exceed 3 or 4 times daily and now im concerned ive been using it too liberally. Can anyone share how much and how often they applied the sarna??

Thanks in advance!
