Quinoa?

Has anyone tried giving their Lo quinoa? I've seen you can start at 6 months? I was wondering if anyone has tried it and how did you give it to them? I think the little balls could cause them to choke? I'm starting to prep Jackson's next few foods in the next month or so

    We did. We cooked it in a chicken broth instead of water so give it more flavor. Lilliana had no trouble with it and ate it but that isn't saying much as my kid will eat anything haha.

    In order to choke, it has to obstruct the airway. Quinoa is waaaaaay too small for that. It's actually perfect baby food.
