What a crazy story! Glad you made it to the hospital in time and that your little man was delivered safely. And thank god your husband was home just in time! Congratulations mama!

So what happened after not receiving the antibiotics? Im gbs+ too and worry about not getting to the hospital in time
They hurried as quickly as they could to at least get the first dose in, before I delivered. They realized there was no time at all for the second, so they just continued to monitor him constantly after he was born. Luckily, he showed no signs of it. They did not seem too worried when I came in that far along (though I'm not sure if that was because they didn't want to stress me out or anything).
