St. Peter's childbirth class

Anybody taken the childbirth or baby care classes at St. Peters in New Brunswick?  Our first class is this Saturday (all day childbirth class), just curious to know how it went and what to expect.  The paperwork says to wear comfortable clothes and bring a pillow and towel/mat for the exercises - was this absolutely necessary?

    It was informative. We did a few demonstrations with our coach. So yea bring something to sit on and a pillow. I was pretty far along so it helped me feel comfy.
