Oy. Rough night last night. Add yours!

I felt like crap. Not sure if it is allergies or if I am coming down with a cold. DS was fussy after every feeding and would grunt/moan nonstop when we would put him back down. BF was a total chore when I have been fine so far. 

Thank goodness for DH or else I probably would have lost my sh!t. Hoping tonight is better. I know it only gets easier and that's what is getting me through. 

Anyone else wanna share their crappy night?!

    Mine was crappy in the sense that it was our first night home from the hospital and I was so tired lastnight I didn't get anything in the nursery organized for the night. LO's newborn diapers were still in the box since we had to go out and buy smaller ones since he was a bit tinier than we thought, and he wasn't happy about having his diaper changed at all. I had a RCS so was in so much pain and needing to sleep in the recliner in his room. I ended up sleeping and holding him all night and barely even remember nursing him or anything. I was not alert at all. Definitely wasn't the best mommy, but he got lots of snuggles and hopefully a full belly a few times overnight. Hoping tonight will be better as we both got some rest.

    DH had to go to a work dinner. It lasted from 630 till 10. This was my first run at it alone. I fed LO when he left but her down to make myself dinner and the dogs went crazy about something outside and woke her up. After that she appeared to cluster feed all night. I had to put her downto go to the bathroom and she screamed bloody murder. Then our small dog had a seizure, he has them but LO has stressed him out he is having them more frequent, I tried to help him with LO latched on and kinda failed for both of them.

    I held it together until DH walked in the door and tried to tell me about some award they gave him and I just broke down sobbing.

    He took her for the night, which made me feel worse cause he goes back to work in 2 days and I HAVE to do this on my own.

    LO wouldn't go down the whole in tire night, and if she would go down she'd wake right back up and start crying all over again. It's been like this 3 days in a row and I'm just so tired, and I feel like I'm walking on egg shells.

    My Rhoids were killing me last night & I couldn't sleep because I had bad diarrhea. LO also wanted to snuggle all night which I love, except when you gotta run to the bathroom because I feels like you got  kicked in the guts., no bueno.
