Help name Elena's sister

Ok ladies...Looking for some advice on a name for our second daughter.

DD1 is Elena Josephine. She is named after my late mother, Elena Jo, and my DH's Gma, Josephine. I am in love with her name and can say that naming her was the easiest decision I've ever had.

Naming this second child? Not so easy. I have a a huge list of names I love that are basically off of the table. For now, we have two names on our list but I just cannot commit to one or the other. So , I figured I'd come here for some input.

Last name is Italian, starts with C, is 3 syllables, and end sound is pronounced "kneel"

1- Julia Claire (this name would be keeping with the way we named DD1...Julia is my DH's mother's name, though she goes by Julie, and Claire is my late Gmas name).

2- Seraphina Claire (this first name has no family connection, other than the fact that the meaning is very special/symbolic to me (angel) and correlates to my mother who was obsessed with angels).
