Soooo thirsty!

Any other EBF mamas feel constantly dehydrated? I've been getting really bad headaches lately and can only assume that they come from lack of water. I'm drinking so much to try and stay hydrated, it so hard to get enough water!

    Yup, all the time.  I keep bottles of water all over the house

    I am always thirsty. I have one of those glasses with the straw and lid. It is always with me.

    Yes, but mine is probably 1/2 BFing, and 1/2 just living in AZ. I think it is impossible to drink enough water to not be dehydrated while living here.

    I cannot drink enough water. Drink all the water. Seriously it's ridiculous I think I drink like 120-150 a day. I hate peeing 90 times a day.
