Anyone else eating EVERY 2-3 hours?

Seems like every 2-3 hours, it's time to eat again! Anyone else with me on this?! Of course, I'm eating small amounts (200-300 cals at a time). I'm getting tired of eating the same things, which include:

Wheat Thins w/ Laughing Cow wedges

Tortilla chips & cheese

Fruits & veggies (I could increase this Smile )

Smart Ones frozen meals

String cheese

My DH & I are going shopping tonight & need some ideas for small snacks. What helps you get through the day?

  • Yeah i feel the same & this week trying smaller meals as well. I feel when I have no snacks & a big meal I do not feel good.

    Today I had: Light eng.muffin w/light cream cheese & low sugar jelly for breakfast. Then random snacks: greek yogurt, cheese stick, sliced apples & weight watchers dark chocolate ( are delish I like the portion control pouches). Oh and TONS of water...

     

    I am hungry again so I may have some oatmeal now....

  • I feel like I eat all the time!! I pack lots of snacks for work -- fruit, crackers, granola bars, etc. I really like the Kind bars, because they keep me fuller longer with the nuts and fruit in them. It seems to help satisfy me for a longer period of time.

    Kind bars seem to be the thing! I'll add this to my list, too! Thanks!!!

  • I've been craving dairy lately sooo I snack in yogurt, smoothies, carb smart ice cream , cheese anything that had milk or something is what gets me through the day haha
  • Fruit salad

    Nature Valley Oats and Dark Chocolate granola bars (yummy, although not super healthy)

    Yogurt (and I just started to add some chia seeds)

    Baby carrots

  • It's not even noon and I've eaten

    A big bowl of life cereal.
    A banana with Nutella and a blue powerade.
    A double tortilla quesadilla.
    4 water bottles.
    A milkshake.
    An I'm still hungry.
    I want chocolate milk.

    Let's just say that baby is very happy with Cadbury Mini Eggs.

    Holy cow yes. Partially because of the GD, but I seriously eat every 2 hours and I feel like all I ever do is prepare food, eat it, and clean up after myself. And nap. LOL. It's getting super pathetic.

  • Yes.  I cannot stomach a full meal, so I eat small meals and snack in between, all day long. 

    Go-to snacks lately are sliced green peppers or carrot sticks with ranch  dressing, tostitos and salsa, and smoothies.  I'll make a big smoothie in the a.m. with various fruits and yogurt, and I'll drink it throughout the day.  It helps me stay away from ice cream :)

    Someone on my other BMB shared this recipe today, and I'm excited to make these wraps for lunches and snacks!  And it seems like you could easily make different variations, depending on your taste and what foods you have on hand:

  • Its better to eat a bunch of small meals than big meals, preggo or not. I am finding myself not able to eat much at one time, i guess i am running out of room lol

    I would stay away from the frozen meals, way wya too much sodium it'll just make u bloated. even the light or smart meals

    This is me, I'm feeling like an unhealthy cow now. I need to kick my eating habits back into gear.
