Pool Floats for Baby

We plan on putting DS in our pool this summer, but want to keep the sun off of him. I've only seen 2 floats that have a cover or canopy over it (swimways and another brand). Do you ladies know of any other kinds/brands? I'm not crazy about either one of these options. Or, have you had good experience with the swimways canopy float?
We've already gotten a rash guard to protect his arms and will buy a hat, but we are all pretty prone to burning and I do not want to use sunscreen on baby if possible.

Thanks! We have our own pool and he loves the bath. I mean, it's ridiculous how much he loves the bath. We'll have our hands on him the entire time he's in the pool of course, so I'm not worried about an 8 or 9 month rating, I just want to keep the sun off of his skin.
