I'm FINALLY nesting...

...and it's about damn time. The past several days I've been cleaning, scrubbing, doing light yard work, and trying to trash and purge crap that we collected through the winter.

The house isn't in horrible condition, but we have done almost zero things to prepare for the baby. And considering I'm 34 weeks today...there's quite a bit to do. We haven't even bought paint for the nursery, let alone furniture for DD's room, since hers will go into the baby's room. I think it's just finally hitting me that we really don't have much time left before the baby gets here!

It feels good to have been productive this weekend, I was turning into a total couch potato. How is everyone else's Sunday going?

We met up with some old friends for lunch and had a really great time - delicious food and good conversation.

Now I'm THINKING about nesting, THINKING about some crafts I want to do, and THINKING about the things I need to clean....all while sitting on the sofa killing time. I'll get up in a minute...

You beat me! I'm finally nesting this weekend too. We took out all the baby stuff from the attic and I'm washing everything. I still have so much to do though. I'd like to get it all done during the week so we can spend next weekend with DS1.
