I have the worst time trying to pick clithers for myself! I am a jeans tshirt kind of girl, with a 15 yr class reunion coming up! It's hard enough for me to dress myself, but to find a maternity dress for the occasion is proving to be very difficult! I don't live near any maternity stores, so I'll have to order online. Any suggestions for a nice dress would be appreciated. The reunion will be from 6 until 9p at a nice restaurant. Thhanks

Info added:The reunion is in July. I'll be 23 weeks. This is my 3rd my bump is quite noticeable already! I only 5'2. Haven't gained any weight yet, just getting a big bump!

    When is the reunion? How far along will you be, and do you have a bump? If its at a restaurant, you could always do a black maxi dress and dress it up with jewelry or some kind of sweater with embellishments. Or, a cute dress with an empire waist that is non maternity.

    I agree.  Maybe a black maxi dress with a pretty sparkly belt up around your ribs and some sort of shawl or scarf with it.  They aren't fitted in the belly and will be really comfortable and easy to dress up and find your size.

    I just got 3 cutie dresses from destination maternity online.  They have a range of day and evening dresses as well as maxis.

    I agree on the black maxi! I got one from dottiecouture.com and it's soooo pretty! It's not maternity but I know it'll fit throughout my pregnancy. Just dress it up with a little jewelry, nice shoes, and cute hair and you'll be good to go!

    Hi,

    This early in the pregnancy I think we can still get away with regular clothes, especially dresses, since many have lots of room in the skirt. I think the key is to try on as many dresses as you can, find one that is flattering that makes you feel great!

    That said, the asos.com maternity line is inexpensive, and they have some cute stuff.
