I feel like sometimes they talk about people struggling to conceive, but no one ever seems to have a mc on TV or in the movie stories. wtf, it is super common. I feel like homosexuality has been increasingly 'normalized' by its commonness in TV and movies, I just wish they would do that with mc given how common it is and how lonely it feels. Also i wish i could tell People.com to stop it with its constant baby-themed headlines, e.g. "for the second week in a row our best dressed is a pregnant star." *deep breath* i can't control the world and need to learn to cope in the world I actually live in. It makes me want to take steps to raise awareness and help other women who feel isolated after losing a pregnancy.
Re: Why are there no mcs on TV/movies
Excellent -- thanks-- I probably just wasn't noticing them before I went through it. Now it seems like everyone on TV / movies just has a happy healthy normal pregnancy, but that is likely because my perception is skewed :-/
