rash around belly button

I have a raised rash around my belly button.  It is really itchy.  Its not red.  I haven't changed soaps (laundry or bath).  It's kinda weird.  Any thoughts/ideas?
After 4.5 years our miracle IVF baby is here!

    A friend of mine had an issue with rashes on her belly during pregnancy and it was completely normal, her OB prescribed some cream of it..

    I would get it checked out just in case, sometimes it can be a symptom of something (usually not)

    I have the same thing!  My mom (who is an L&D RN and NP) said it's pregnancy rash and will go away after baby is born. My MD told me Benadryl would be ok.  My stomach is also all red and itchy at times.  Ugh no fun.

    Sounds like it could be the start of a PUPPS rash to me. It's not harmful, just super annoying. The only cure for it is delivery, but your OB can prescribe you a safe topical cream for it in the meantime. I'd put a call in. Normally I'd recommend waiting for a weekday for something nonemergent, but considering how itchy and uncomfortable PUPPS is, feel free to call over the weekend if it is really bothering you.
