I didn't want you (collectively) to be under the impression that it was about being mean to a board or starting trouble. It was about merging and let's see what happens.
People do it when it is negative. Like today's Jimmy John's thread from another board. Why can't we do it for fun?

I am just really failing to see how that thread could be read as trying to start anything BUT negativity for entertainment's sake. LexiLupin (the May 2013 bumpie who brought this board up) even wondered how long it would be until she was outed as an instigator. Why would we out an instigator of good will? Nope, we wouldn't. Are you reading the same thread we are? Hell, are you reading your own posts?
Have you ever seen us be any more negative than any other board? I can't speak for anyone else but I speak my mind. I give my opinion but I am not mean to people.
You can take it like you want to the whole idea was to participate as we normally do like we were always here. I don't even remember who suggested this board. Is it that serious? Are you offended? Really?

Definitely not offended. I just think it's lame to try to pretend like something had good intentions that didn't, and keep arguing about it with people who clearly aren't amused. At which point, I will now heed my own observation, and stop wasting time on this.

I heart you Lexi. Way to overreact, month board. Not that I'm surprised. That is what month boards do after all.

If you'd kindly read Petra's reply on the previous page, you'd realize why we're "overreacting". Too many BSC posters over the past couple of weeks, we don't need more people coming in an trying to stir up sh!t (however "well intentioned" and "friendly" some people seem to think they are.)

I don't understand how invading a board is fun. Seems to me like a certain board needs to get a hobby if they are so desperate for some entertainment.

2. Mbenit4 is totally likeable. I enjoy her posts, in large part because she is always straight shooting.

3. Please don't cut off your nose to spite your face. This board has had a rough go, but many of you may want to end up on Parenting. It's fun over there!
