**Totally a Dear Diary post, but I have no where else to post it at the moment...
In an hour, I'm going to walk into my boss' office (at the job I JUST started) and tell her I won't be coming back after my shift tomorrow. DH and I did a lot of talking and number crunching last night, and it turns out, if we make some adjustments and cut out some things (like the amount of gas I burn driving 30 miles to and from work) we can work it out for me to stay home until at least through my maternity leave. If we find that it's working well at that point and we can manage it, we'll think about extending it. I'm so nervous, but I think this is going to be a really great thing. I am finding myself so physically and emotionally stressed with my job, that I'm seriously concerned about the potential effects on LO; I had 7 two year olds, by myself, for 7 hours yesterday. Legal, yes, but who the hell makes that schedule, knowing that your employee is 23 weeks pregnant and says "Yep, looks good!" Ok, random long post over. Wish me luck, especially that I don't angry/nervous cry- I'm going to need it!

Oh gosh, sending lots of luck your way!! I absolutely hate confrontation too. But, just keep your little man in the back of your head while you're in there and remember that you are doing it for his and your benefit. Healthy mom, healthy baby. I'm glad
You can do it!!! Thinking about you and looking forward to the update, good luck!
Good luck!
On another note, 7!?!? The center I worked at that was over ratio (5-1 with that age). Not cool.
Monday, final day being May 3, for similar reasons. Lots of unhealthy stress and for me it was driving up to 5 hrs a day transporting special needs individuals. The confrontation
