No sugar added powder at coffee bean

Didnt sleep much last night and wanted something sweet this AM. Went to coffee bean and they accidentally made my decaf latte with the no sugar added powder. I didn't think anything of it and just took it. Half way through drinking it, I realized Maybe I shouldn't be drinking it because of all the artificial crap that's in it. Am I right or wrong?

  • It isn't going to kill the baby. I also have to then ask, what is your normal diet? There are plenty of chemicals and artificial things in many boxed items and precooked meats and frozen items. Just food for thought. I am not telling you how to eat. Many

  • You'll be fine. It's okay once in awhile. I have GD, and was told I could have diet products no more than 4 times a day. When I got my BFP, I had given them all up. I'm still avoiding them most of the time, but since my diet has become so restricted latel

  • One is not gonna hurt anything. That being said, I encourage you to look at the process they use to decaffienate. It involves chemicals as well. I believe that there are certain warnings for it in California, can't remember.
