  Only reason we announced on Facebook is because we live in Japan, 7000 miles away from family and friends. So wanted them to know before a new baby appears in photos.

  We will be posting on FB but only after our families know. We definitely won't be putting up the sonogram though, we feel like thats too personal.

  We aren't announcing on FB until after 20 weeks.  By that time all our family and our close friends will hear directly from us or through the grapevine and it will just be the not-so-close friends that would find out via FB.

  I'm not either.  We'll probably put up a photo when baby is born, but nothing before and not much after. The people who are important enough to know also see/talk to us in real life.

  I'm not sure.  We waited until 21w after our a/s to post last time with DD.  I'm not sure what I'll do this time.  I may just skip it all together.

  We went back and forth a little on this one, but we ultimately decided that we are not doing any big announcements on social media. The truly important people in our lives already know, so casual acquaintances and anyone else can figure it out as we go

  I plan to post something around 20 weeks, but I'll stay mum until then. I do have friends that I don't talk to much and it did clue them in last time.

  With my first pregnancy we waited until 6 months to post anything on FB.

  Someone ousted us on Facebook, so we felt compelled to respond with an announcement.  Besides, both of our families and friends live thousands of miles away so this was the easy way to announce to everyone we hadn't already told.

  We might not.  We have an announcement that we did up that we will send to our friends who don't know yet, but I don't know if we want to make it facebook official or not.  The people that really matter to us will already know....

  I post weekly updates from tb and will probably post us and bump pics once I get farther along. My DH is active duty military so we are not only far from home but we have good friends and family everywhere! Obviously close friends and family will get sent
