Yesterday we took my LO to meet his Great-Great Grandma. She's 90. She wanted to hold him but I have to admit it made me pretty nervous. She has arthritis in her hands and has a hard time grabbing/holding onto objects. My son is a big boy, nearly 15 lbs. My neice, who is 5, was also there and wanted to hold him too. They both ended up sitting down and holding him on their lap but neither seemed like they had a good grab on him and I was worried. How do you offer help with holding your LO without seeming like a crazy mommy?
