my back feels sooooo much better., it's only once a week so i am going to start taking regular classes in between and just modifying the stomach/back stuff as i go along.
I did what I like to call knocked up yoga for the first time last Thursday and its the best sleep I have gotten in 15 weeks. My sore sciatic and slipped disc had me up all night. Yoga is amazing!
