  I always defrost before I cook them - either baked or steamed.  But you can defrost them pretty quickly by putting them in a colander (in a plastic bag) and run tepid water over them.  Or put them (in the bag) in a bowl with tepid water and ever

  Well then defrosting seems easy enough.... how do i bake them?

   

  lol totally new to lobster tails. husband isn't a fish eater so i rarely ever get it!

  I would defrost them first the water temp will drop to much frozen. Just run them under water they will thaw quick

  Ok so I ended up defrosting.
  
  Then I put garlic salt and butter and grilled them. So good!! Thanks ladies
