XP: MSPI in Chicago

I'm going on a girls weekend to Chicago in June after LO turns one, but he's 11mo now and still sensitive. Where I live now there are no vegan restaurants or bakeries, so I was hoping to have a treat. Anyone know of some good vegan/MSPI places in the Loop or River North?

    Vegan Bakery Options...I personally don't eat Vegan but I have noticed that Sprinkles  just off of the "Mag Mile" in the Near North neighborhood(of Cupcake Wars fame) offers a vegan Red Vel
