    I have this too at the end of the day.  I think its because I'm just more aware of it as i'm laying down and relaxing.

    I get mine when I sit. I almost always notice them while sitting in the car specifically. Maybe the uterus is just in a comfortable position while stand and gets irritated when we sit or lay down? Who knows.

    I dont have AF type cramps anymore...but the more I walk around the NIKE store...I feel crampy. Sometimes I just have to stand in a spot  for a few minutes so they will chill out.
