What's everyone doing for exercise after being cleared by your dr or midwife? I just had my 6 week pp visit yesterday and I'm down 30 pounds with 30 more pounds to lose to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight.
My dr cleared me to do any kind of exercise but I'm having a tough time finding a good starting point. I'm already walking with LO everyday. Before and during pregnancy I swam, golfed, and played tennis but I won't be able to jump right back into any of those without someone to watch LO.
What are some good suggestions for exercise programs that you've had good experiences with that I might be able to do at home while LO naps?

The best quick cardio I've found was Billy Blanks original Tae Bo (for Beginners). It was only 30 minutes and I had the best results with it. Except the 30 minute version is only found on VHS.
