sleeping in

Anyone have any ideas on how to get LO to sleep longer?  Regardless of when she goes to bed, she's always up by 5:45...... i'm dying!  Although, I shouldn't complain... she slept right through until then, so that's a blessing!

Re: sleeping in

  • My son is going through the same phase. I put some stuff animals and small books in his crib for him to play with in the morning. I also don't go in and get him unless he's crying until 645ish. Good luck!

  • Thanks for the advice... unfortunately with daycare, i cannot completely shift her schedule, but that would be nice!!  I've tried the move bedtime earlier thing,,, but not for 5 days in a row.  Perhaps thats the answer. thanks!

  • So I know this is not what you want to hear, but my DS was like this, and we tried EVERYTHING to change it.  Nothing ended up working.  He did eventually grow out of it, but it took a while.  Definitely try everything ninthgirl posted, sinc
