My f#@$@king OBGYN..vent

So this was the last appt i made i am not showing up to see her anymore.

So far i had 5 visits with her. All she did was put me on metformin and clomid and every visit she increased the clomid does or the metformin does.. really? I have to co pay 50$ ever visit just for you to increase my dose?

This Obgyn never did an US, never kept me on observation for clomid, when i asked she's like " ehhh ...its not required" !! really?

Today at my last visit i told her " i need my FSH,LH,Glucose metabolite panel, Insulin , TSH and ultrasound" And she is like standing in front of her nurse and said" ok.." then dictates the same to the nurse . I say " why cant we do an US now to see my uterus,if its thinned or no ?" Dr:' the tech is not here".. (really? ) Then she is like" you willing for 150mg clomid? your BBT chart looks great" .. i said ok.The she says "see me in a month" To that i replied " No ... give me progesterone, metformin and clomid refills for 4 months, ill come back after that, i dont have money to spend if you are going to see me for 5 min's and when i walk out of the office i am as confused as i walked in" she looks stunned and leaves.

Tell me if what i said and did was wrong, i wanted to go back and demand my co pay back... so pissed off

    I took the prescription from her , bu i am not consuming clomid till i see my RE, i made my appointment with him for may 3rd. This was against the advice of my OBGYN.  Like as if i am being monitored either way. I am going to wait to see wh

    Thanks, i had my patience with her for the past 5 visits, " dont worry you will have a baby" is what she said, when i lost it...

    Good for you for standing up and saying no. Albeit a bit dramatic, you still did the right thing. Major fertility medicines shouldn't be handed out so lightly. Good for you for going to an RE.

    I don't know if I wouldn't have the balls to say the things you did, but bravo for keeping yourself educated and getting to the right doctor ASAP! You will feel so much better about your journey and less stressed when you have the proper monitoring. Good

    I'll be odd man out and say that yes, what you did and said was wrong. 
    Demanding monitoring and then demanding 4 months worth of refills for Clomid and progesterone implies that you're going to go ahead and treat yourself anyways. I know you say
